Role Overview
As a Registration Professional, you will be the central link between internal teams, distributors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring products are registered on time and in full compliance. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ability to deliver safe and effective products to global markets.
Russian language skills are a plus, as many markets involve communication with Russian-speaking regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the entire lifecycle of product registrations (new submissions, variations, responses to authority queries).
-Review and advise on submission data from stakeholders to ensure compliance and completeness.
-Maintain and update registration databases, tracking timelines and regulatory changes.
-Liaise with internal teams, distributors, and regulatory authorities to keep projects moving.
-Support Legal and Compliance with regulatory insights and documentation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners supporting registrations.
Requirements
-Russian speaker preferred.
-Experience in Registration, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Quality, or Product Specification in Healthcare, Pharma, or FMCG.
-Familiarity with dealing with local regulatory bodies.
-Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage tight deadlines.
-Comfortable dealing with ambiguity while maintaining accuracy.
-Ability to connect market strategy with the company’s mission.
