The Role
As an Artwork Associate Labeling Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and optimizing artwork processes for our company-created artworks and those developed by our partner clients and suppliers. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed reviews of artworks in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide input to optimize artwork processes and support continuous process and quality improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless artwork delivery
- Stay up-to-date with design principles, print production processes, and prepress requirements
Requirements

Master’s in graphic design, fine arts, or related field OR bachelor’s in graphic design with 2+ years of packaging/labeling experience in a GMP environment.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, with a solid grasp of design principles and print production processes.

Strong communication skills for presenting concepts effectively; works well independently and in collaborative settings.

Highly detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.

Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
