About the Role
As a Document Control Specialist, you will ensure that key project documents are generated, reviewed, and approved accurately and on time. You’ll develop systems to track documentation progress, generate metric reports, and coordinate document approvals in line with program schedules.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the approval process for key project documents

Develop and maintain tracking systems for documentation progress

Generate metric reports to support project oversight

Ensure documentation meets compliance standards and deadlines

Work independently with minimal direction to support multiple projects
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong technical writing skills

Advanced PC skills (Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with automated approval systems (e.g., Trackwise, Documentum)
