Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. As an IH Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and executing exposure measurements, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Organon standards. You will work closely with various departments to carry out measurements, process data, and identify areas for improvement. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe working environment for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plan exposure measurements, including qualitative risk assessments and measurement strategies
- Execute exposure measurements, including collecting information, taking photographs, and documenting tasks
- Process and analyze data, including quality analysis and screening for completeness and exceedances
- Prepare measurement group reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage equipment calibration, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes
- Collaborate with internal colleagues, occupational hygiene contractors, and external companies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Identify and address deviations from regular measurement and shipping processes
Requirements
- Secondary occupational hygiene training (MAH), MBO level 4, or MLO
- Collaborative working skills
- Analytical ability
- Accurate stress resistance
- Basic knowledge of technical control measures and/or technical insight
