Job Description
As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for partnering with cross-functional business and HR leaders across France, Belgium, and The Netherlands to understand their needs and develop actionable talent acquisition strategies. You'll lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries, drive consistency in the hiring process, and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries and drive consistency in the hiring process
- Educate Hiring Managers around our GTA hiring process, local market trends, and establish clear SLA’s
- Brand, Source, and Recruit Talent
- Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates
- Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs, and HRBPs
- Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and best practice recruiting practices
- Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance
- Extend competitive offers to attract candidates
- Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects
- Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics, and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead
- Present ideas for process harmonization and simplification
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a large/m Manufacturing/global matrix environment
- Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
- A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Highly organized and used to multi-tasking
- Proactive, innovative, and pragmatic ways of working
