Role Description
As a QC Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control testing of veterinary products according to standard procedures. You will operate within a GMP-compliant environment and contribute to maintaining and improving product quality and safety standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Perform, report, and review QC tests according to standard procedures.
• Identify and report deviations (OOS) and trends in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Operate and maintain various physical and chemical testing techniques (e.g., HPLC, particle size determination, rheometer, viscosity, TOC).
• Input test results, perform data analysis/trending, and assess data where applicable.
• Participate in and potentially lead improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Write or revise work instructions (WI) and SOPs as needed.
• Work in compliance with GMP, GGO, and safety regulations.

• Completed HBO or MLO level 4 education in Chemistry.
• Accurate, quality-focused, and demonstrates problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and social skills; proficient in English and Dutch (spoken and technical writing).
• Experience working in a quality system environment, preferably under GMP.
• Affinity with continuous improvement processes such as Lean Six Sigma.
