 Role Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations, including assembly processes. This hands-on leadership role ensures delivery targets, quality, and continuous process improvement across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations

• Supervise assembly line activities for efficiency and output

• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and logistics teams

• Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance

• Train and mentor production staff for skill development

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role

• Strong understanding of assembly line and fabrication processes

• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methods

• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
