Role Description
Our client is hiring a Packaging Operator to support the production of essential medicines using automated lines and advanced machinery. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, line maintenance, and ongoing process improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Responsibilities

Operate high-speed packaging and labelling equipment.

Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment start-ups.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and perform first-line maintenance.

Monitor product quality and maintain packaging accuracy.

Complete production documentation accurately using SAP.

Identify and resolve production issues in real time.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma).

Work collaboratively within a shift-based team structure.
Requirements
-
MBO Level 2 diploma or willingness to obtain it.

Hands-on technical experience or interest in machinery and automation.

Comfortable working in a shift system (including nights).

Accurate, responsible, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Proficiency in Dutch; English is a plus.
