Role Description
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Document Controller to support complex capital projects. You will coordinate all document management activities, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and play a key role in guiding teams through efficient document workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation in compliance with document control procedures and archiving specifications.
- Coordinate electronic document flow across internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain the Document Control System and ensure metadata integrity (tags, locations, equipment).
- Guide teams on SharePoint and EDMS usage; promote procedural compliance.
- Act as liaison for information exchange and support project milestones.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in document control, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemicals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills across multicultural, virtual teams.
- Proficient in document control systems and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Knowledge of records management principles and engineering documentation.
