Role Overview
As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll provide high-quality medical and technical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. You’ll respond to inquiries in your local language using approved English resources and may help create or manage content.
                                                                             
Responsibilities
- Handle medical inquiries via phone, email, web, or chat.        
- Respond using approved materials and document all communications.
- Report adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Support content updates and escalations for specific medical areas.
- Assist with local process improvements and represent the team in meetings.
- Keep local market data and needs up to date.

Requirements
- Degree in life sciences or healthcare.
- 1–2 years of experience in medical information or customer service.
- Fluent in English and local language is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
