Role description
As Talent Partner for the Benelux region, you will be responsible for talent acquisition at management level and above (WL2+), acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders across different functions. You will lead hiring activities in close collaboration with sourcing specialists, contribute to workforce planning, and support leadership teams in building strong, diverse talent pipelines.


Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner for various business units, including Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Lead recruitment for WL2+ positions and ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with global and local teams on workforce planning and succession strategies
  • Drive external talent pipeline development aligned with employer brand and diversity goals
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams to fill vacancies effectively and efficiently
  • Use market insights to shape recruitment strategies and attract top talent
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and HR
  • Ensure alignment with global recruitment processes and compliance with local labour law
  • Proactively improve recruitment processes and identify areas for innovation

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international or matrix environment within the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR principles
  • Familiarity with Dutch labour law
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Experience working with or leading projects related to employer branding and diversity is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; Dutch is a plus
