About the role
We are seeking a Talent Advisor to support recruitment and talent operations across the Benelux region. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes while providing excellent support to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across recruitment and HR systems
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures
• Provide a high-quality experience to candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues throughout the recruitment journey

• 0–7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
• Understanding of Dutch labour law 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
• Professional and clear communication style 
• Experience working with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus 
• Fluency in English required (dutch is a plus)
