A leading global food company with a strong presence in the dairy and beverage industry is seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join their team.
About the Role
As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in creating the optimal supply network plan for the company's product portfolio. You will work closely with various teams across the business, including Production, Quality Control, Sales, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfillment. Your primary focus will be on planning products like non-dairy creamers, fat powders, and foamers for Food & Beverage customers worldwide.
Responsibilities

Prepare and optimize 1–18 month supply plans for a multi-site portfolio

Balance demand, inventory, and capacity constraints to ensure availability

Collaborate cross-functionally across planning, production, sales, quality, and logistics

Contribute to S&OP processes and lead scenario planning for decision-making

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning and tools
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business)

5+ years of relevant planning, experience preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of SAP

Comfortable working in international teams and making decisions with limited data

Fluent in Dutch and English
