It handles the manufacturing and packaging of a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including contraceptives, fertility treatments, tablets, and medical devices. The site operates under strict GMP standards and is known for its focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Role Description
As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products. You will work in a cleanroom environment, follow strict protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machines (blistering, labeling, sacheting)
- Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations
- Complete and check all required documentation accurately
- Perform equipment setup, dismantling, and cleaning
Requirements
- MBO level 2 or 3 diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a production or packaging environment preferred
- Willing to undergo relevant training (e.g., VAPRO or pharma-specific courses)
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic settings
