Job Title: Pharmaceutical Packaging Operator

Shifts: 3-shift schedule
About the Role
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company focused on improving women's health, is currently seeking a Packaging Operator to join the team at their Oss location.In this hands-on role, you will support the packaging process of solid-dose medications, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machines
- Perform packaging tasks such as blistering, labeling, and boxing
- Follow pharmaceutical guidelines and safety procedures
- Complete and review documentation accurately
- Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Cooperate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- A proactive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
- Ability to follow procedures and work with precision
- Team player who can also work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
