Role Description
As a Clinical Supply Chain Associate, you will support the setup of global clinical supply chains, ensuring alignment with GMP, GDP, and GDocP regulations. You’ll work closely with project managers to enable timely planning and delivery of clinical trial materials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage master data in ERP (SAP)
- Support clinical label material and artwork requests
- Coordinate setup of Study Design Tables, BOMs, WBS elements, and Custom Values
- Create and update Product Specification File Studies
- Develop third-party depot and cross-dock plans
- Track and report supply chain metrics
- Contribute to workforce planning activities
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or life sciences
- Relevant experience in a regulated, international environment (pharma/biotech preferred)
- Understanding of supply chain processes and planning
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong prioritization skills
