Role Description
We are seeking an Associate Clinical Supply Chain professional to join the Project Manager Clinical Supply Chain team. This role focuses on managing clinical study setup processes within SAP and generating essential documentation to ensure timely and efficient clinical trial supply chain execution. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, accurate, and able to see how their work fits into the bigger clinical supply picture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Master Data in SAP including clinical label material requests and Bill of Materials setup.
- Coordinate and prioritize clinical artwork creation requests.
- Create and maintain Product Specification Files and depot plans throughout clinical trials.
- Support the Global Setup Lead team and contribute to reporting and workforce planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business administration, life sciences, or related field.
- Relevant experience in clinical or pharmaceutical supply chain, preferably in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain fundamentals, SAP experience preferred.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
