Role description

They are seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee third Party logistics across Benelux. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring top-tier service, optimized costs and ongoing enhancements in the supply chain. By bridging operations and sustainability, you’ll drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize 3PL performance, capacity, carbon footprint and contracts

• Manage end-to-end local operational logistics processes

• Validate and reconcile 3PL invoices accurately

• Track and report key supply chain KPIs

• Lead improvement projects with 3PL partners

• Resolve logistics escalations and support Customer Excellence

• Coordinate pallet management and stock reconciliation

• Support contingency planning and logistics strategy execution

Requirements

• Solid background in warehousing, distribution and customer focused logistics

• Proficient in MS Office (SAP experience is a plus)

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing ability

• Business aware with a proactive mindset

• Relationship builder with internal teams and external partners
