Role Description
As a Logistics Operations Specialist you will manage third-party logistics (3PL) operations within the Benelux region. This role focuses on optimizing service levels, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in logistics performance. You will act as the key link between internal teams and the 3PL provider, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. Experience in logistics, SAP, and stakeholder management is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage 3PL performance, capacity, carbon footprint & contracts.
- Responsible for all local operational logistics process flows.
- Check and approve 3PL invoices.
- Manage and initiate projects with the 3PL that continuously improve existing processes.
- Responsible for operational logistics escalation.
- Collaborate with Customer Excellence by solving structural issues.
- Support central supply chain HUBs (e.g. primary transport, invoicing).
Requirement
- Solid knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customer service logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
