Role Description
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the global talent acquisition strategy and execution across the company. Operating at the heart of a global organization, your role is to design and implement standardized, high-quality recruitment processes across all regions. You will drive strategic initiatives, enhance candidate experience, and support the business in building a future-ready workforce. Reporting into the Center of Expertise for Talent, this role is key in shaping a seamless and consistent hiring approach company-wide. 

Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing the global TA strategy aligned with internal needs, market trends, and business direction.
  • Building and optimizing scalable TA processes and infrastructure that ensure consistency and efficiency across regions.
  • Leading global recruitment programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption throughout the organization.
  • Strengthening capabilities within regional TA teams by fostering alignment, sharing best practices, and supporting skill development.
  • Leveraging digital tools, AI, and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and track performance against key metrics.
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders in Digital HR, People Analytics, Employer Branding, Talent Management, and business leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Maintaining high standards for candidate and employee experiences, using insights and feedback to continuously improve.
  • Ensuring adherence to global recruitment standards and operational excellence across all four TA regional hubs. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in global roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, innovate processes, and lead change across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to turn insights into action.
  • Effective leadership and influencing skills; capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders behind common goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of ATS systems, recruitment tools, and technology-driven sourcing and assessment practices.
  • Experienced in international recruitment, managing diverse talent pools across countries and regions.
  • Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with end-to-end recruiting platforms is essential.
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Available to start ASAP in a hybrid working environment.
  • Strong people leadership and team development mindset, with passion for delivering excellent candidate and employee experiences.
