The Role
As a Global Supply Planner, you will be responsible for building and managing efficient, reliable, and strategically sound supply plans for products distributed to over 75 countries.
You will operate at both tactical and strategic levels, collaborating with global teams, manufacturing units, and stakeholders across the supply chain. Your work will involve identifying risks and opportunities, supporting global initiatives, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
-Develop and manage tactical and strategic supply plans for assigned products and production lines
-Assess manufacturing capacity, component availability, and market demand
-Actively participate in international planning meetings (e.g., IDPs, PLTs, GSCTs)
-Identify risks and opportunities related to inventory levels, scrap management, and capacity planning
-Conduct scenario analysis and provide solutions for deviations in supply performance
-Maintain close collaboration with internal and external manufacturing and logistics teams
-Ensure timely execution of planning cycles and accurate reporting
-Contribute to process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain planning, preferably within a regulated industry (pharma, food, medtech, etc.)
-Experience with SAP and planning tools such as Rapid Response is a plus
-Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
-Proficient in English (spoken and written)
