The Role
As a Global Recruitment Manager you’ll lead the global recruitment strategy, processes, and standards across regions. You’ll ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience, while driving innovation, digital tools, and alignment across global teams.
Responsibilities

Define and implement global Talent Acquisition strategy and standards

Streamline and standardize recruitment processes across regions

Lead global TA programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment and adoption

Optimize use of recruitment technologies and data-driven tools

Build capability across regional TA teams and promote best practices

Monitor and improve TA performance metrics and candidate experience

Collaborate with HR, Employer Branding, Analytics, and business leaders
- Integrate digital innovations and AI to enhance recruitment efficiency
Requirements
-
10–12+ years in TA, including leading global recruitment across multiple countries and diverse talent segments.

Proven ability to develop and implement global TA strategies, standardize processes, and manage change effectively.

Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, assessments, AI tools) and SAP, with experience leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership capabilities to drive adoption across global teams.

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus); available to start ASAP in a hybrid work environment.
