Role Description
As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will support the execution of sales strategies for major retail clients in the beauty and personal care sector. You’ll coordinate product launches, analyze promotional performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Support the management of the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Assist in preparing and participating in customer meetings alongside the Key Account Manager.
- Gather and share relevant information across internal departments, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration to best serve the customer (e.g., Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Forecast Excellence, Finance, Category Management).
- Prepare customer communications and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and the customer.
- Provide input on product launches to support marketing strategies, production planning, and performance tracking.


Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree or higher level of education is required.
- Preferred qualifications include (sales) experience in Retail or Out-of-Home (OOH) sectors, ideally within an FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and high proficiency in English
