Role Description
As an Electronic Maintenance Technician (5-shift) at our fully automated facility in Lutjewinkel, you’ll independently handle electrical and electronic breakdowns during your shift. The role requires strong skills in electrical systems, P&ID diagrams, and basic automation. You’ll work hands-on with operators and stay connected with technicians via internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults on the production line
• Interpret and work with P&ID and technical diagram
• Perform electrical switching and fault analysis during breakdowns
• Collaborate with operators on-site to ensure smooth shift operations
• Communicate effectively with the wider technical team via internal systems
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of equipment uptime and reliability

Requirements

• MBO Level 4 in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• Valid NEN 3140 certification
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and reading technical diagrams
• Familiarity with automation systems is a strong advantage
• Open to candidates from non-food industries with solid electrical experience (e.g. Tata Steel)
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
