About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager – Engineering, you will manage complex engineering projects that support production and infrastructure at a cutting-edge manufacturing site. From new cleanrooms to packaging lines and energy transitions, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, GMP-compliant solutions across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital investment projects on time, within scope and budget

Collaborate with internal departments and manage external vendors and contractors

Oversee project phases from concept design to construction, validation, and close-out

Apply Lean Six Sigma and capital management principles to identify and implement improvements

Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)

10–15 years’ experience in engineering or construction project management, leading capital investment projects

Experience in GMP/pharmaceutical or biotech environments is strongly preferred

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage
