Role Description
In this role, you will lead a team of 7–12 Order Fulfilment Officers, overseeing the complete order process—from entry to delivery. You will play a key role in supporting your team, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and related documentation.
- Manage and resolve complaints and stakeholder queries.
- Support your team with task prioritization and daily operations.
- Serve as the link between the team and the Order Fulfilment Manager.
- Oversee team onboarding, scheduling, and absence management.
- Conduct regular development conversations and performance reviews.

Requirement
- Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, and customer service within an international setting.
- Solid knowledge of the full Order-to-Cash process.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (ERP systems).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
