The factory in the Netherlands currently has the biggest production volume of all the factories, besides being one of the biggest chocolate factories in the world.
Role Description
As an Activity Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects that support business continuity, product launches, and supply chain improvements. You'll be a key driver of efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate market and supply activities
- Support activity owners in preparing and executing project proposals
- Facilitate project reviews and pipeline sufficiency assessments
- Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional alignment
- Improve tools, data accuracy, and processes to enhance visibility and performance
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, including marketing, logistics, and finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in activity or project management, ideally in FMCG/CPG
- Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and digital tools
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
