Role Description
As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you will support business growth by identifying new distributors, expanding market presence, and promoting product innovations. The role involves market research, sales analysis, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and onboarding new distributors within the assigned regions

Support go-to-market strategies aimed at expanding presence across all retail channels

Collaborate with retail partners to introduce new product innovations across multiple categories

Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities

Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations

Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams

Maintain strong working relationships with external partners
Requirements
-
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (internships included)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends

Proactive mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
