Role Overview
As a Junior Business Developer, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of go-to-market strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, and retailers to expand the presence of well-known consumer brands across modern trade, low-end retail, and ethnic channels in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the development and execution of business development strategies
-Assist in identifying and onboarding new distributors
-Conduct market research to spot new business opportunities
-Collaborate with retailers to introduce product innovations across categories
-Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations
-Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations
-Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams
-Maintain strong working relationships with external partners
-Stay up to date on industry trends and market dynamics
Requirements
-Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
-Understanding of supply chain processes (order to delivery) is a plus
-Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
-A collaborative and flexible approach to work
-Fluent in English
