Role Description
As Executive Secretary to the Central Works Council (COR), you ensure professional, efficient coordination of employee representation during Ice Cream division transition of this company. You provide strategic and administrative support, acting as a key advisor on participation processes, Dutch labor law, and organizational governance.

Responsibilities
-Manage the secretariat of the Central Works Council (COR), including meetings with management, committees, and project groups.
-Coordinate agendas with the COR Executive Committee and monitor progress and follow-up on action items.
-Take minutes, prepare reports, and maintain COR archives.
-Organize training, onboarding, and development for COR members.
-Arrange COR meetings, consultation sessions, and committee gatherings, including logistics and invitations.
-Coordinate COR elections and act as secretary to the election committee.
-Prepare and monitor the annual COR budget and planning calendar.
-Draft COR advice, consent matters, and initiatives.
-Collaborate with management advisors and stakeholders to support employee participation processes.
-Stay updated on developments in employee participation and translate them into actionable improvements.
-Provide legal and procedural advice on the Dutch Works Council Act (WOR) and related legislation.
-Develop and implement COR’s public relations strategy, including internal communications and the annual report.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an (Executive) Secretary in dynamic, international (matrix) organizations.
-Solid understanding of the Dutch Works Councils Act (WOR) and collective labor agreements (CAO).
-Experience with project management and coordinating complex organizational processes.
-Strong advisory skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
-Proactive and capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
-Acts as a driving force for change and continuous improvement.
