Role Description
A leading global biopharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join its Combination Products Operations team. This role will support packaging development, technical operations, and continuous improvement activities across multiple commercial and clinical manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging development for commercial and clinical products.
- Provide technical operations support and advisory for packaging component improvements.
- Serve as the site subject matter expert (SME) for packaging components.
- Build relationships with packaging experts across global sites.
- Support new product introductions, troubleshooting, and verification testing.
Requirements
- PhD OR Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in packaging development and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of regulatory and GMP environments.
- Experience working with packaging suppliers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
