Role Description
As a Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer,responsible for supporting the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance manufacturing reliability and efficiency. Duties include integrating Systech systems into existing workflows to ensure optimal performance, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting technology systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring software on equipment
- Supporting configuration and integration of systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Document and train staff on new technology processes and systems.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, specifically in Information Technology or Operations Technology
- Solid understanding of IT applications management
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments and packaging systems is highly preferred
