Role description
We are looking for a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing packaging artwork projects from design lock to print-ready files. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure artwork is delivered accurately on time, and in line with brand and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full artwork process, ensuring timely and complete delivery
- Act as the key artwork business partner for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate design and artwork inputs across marketing, R&D, supply chain, and quality
- Guide design agencies to ensure technical printability of designs
- Lead pre-production meetings and oversee handover to print management agencies
- Ensure artwork compliance with brand standards, cost targets, and sustainability goals
- Manage artwork projects in systems like BLUE and oversee digital image creation
- Approve artwork proofs and color standards when required
- Monitor performance of external vendors and ensure SLA and cost compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in artwork delivery and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in design, packaging, supply chain, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in artwork, packaging, print production, or graphic design
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in digital tools, artwork management systems, and MS Office
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong business partnering mindset and ability to work in multicultural teams
