Role Description
As a Lab Equipment Coordinator, you’ll help manage around 1,800 pieces of lab equipment used in R&D. You’ll ensure everything works well, meets company standards, and stays compliant. You’ll work closely with different teams to manage the full lifecycle of lab equipment—from purchase to retirement.

Responsibilities
- Manage lab equipment throughout its lifecycle (purchase, validation, maintenance, retirement).
- Write, update, and review procedures related to lab equipment.
- Ensure all R&D lab equipment is in a validated and compliant state.
- Act as the main point of contact for lab equipment-related questions.
- Support R&D staff in following equipment processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve equipment workflows.
- Assist the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) team when needed.

Requirements
- Experience or background in lab equipment coordination or a related technical role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with different departments and follow procedures.
- Team-player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
