About the Role
As an Artwork Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end artwork lifecycle for packaging, from design lock through to print-ready artwork and digital assets. This position bridges internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely artwork delivery. You’ll serve as a technical expert and business partner across multiple brands, countries, and stakeholders, driving artwork process excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage artwork projects from initiation to final delivery using artwork management systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver high-quality mechanical artwork and digital pack images.
- Ensure designs are technically printable and consistent with brand guidelines and printing specifications.
- Conduct pre-production meetings with stakeholders to ensure print integrity and alignment.
- Approve color proofs and ensure artwork meets quality expectations and brand vision.
- Optimize printed packaging for cost, print process, and color efficiency.
- Monitor agency performance, ensuring compliance with agreed rate cards, service levels, and procurement policies.
- Support the delivery of digital hero images for omnichannel use, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Troubleshoot artwork issues and proactively manage delivery timelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in artwork management, print production, or packaging development.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with artwork systems and workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate multinational teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional decision-making.
- Fluent in English; intercultural awareness required for global coordination.
- Proficient in digital tools and systems used in artwork and packaging environments.
