About the Role

You will be at the forefront of innovation—designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated robotic systems to improve productivity, accuracy, and compliance in laboratory operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with scientists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure that automation systems meet both operational needs and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Automation Development: Design, program, and troubleshoot automated workflows with robotic liquid handlers (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman) for high-throughput lab processes.

System Integration: Configure robotic systems and integrate scheduling and software tools to enable efficient end-to-end automation.

Technical Support: Monitor and maintain automation platforms; resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity.

Compliance & Documentation: Validate methods and maintain documentation in line with GxP/GCLP and quality standards.

Training & Collaboration: Train users on automation systems and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) with 10+ years of hands-on experience in lab automation (e.g., Tecan, Beckman).

Automation Skills: Proficient in scripting, scheduling software, and system integration for high-throughput labs.

Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP/GCLP standards, with experience in validation and audit-ready documentation.

Soft Skills: Analytical, proactive, and collaborative with strong communication skills. Experience in lab safety/EHS is a plus
