What You’ll Be Doing
- Steering Pricing Strategy: Support the development and execution of pricing strategies for existing products and new launches across European markets.
- Risk Management: Analyze and flag potential pricing risks, ensuring they're addressed in collaboration with local finance and category teams.
- Digital Transformation: Contribute to the design and rollout of internal pricing tools and dashboards, helping to digitize and streamline commercial processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key link between category teams, market leads, and data teams—facilitating alignment, insights, and progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and participate in regular touchpoints to review pricing actions and gather input for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master’s a plus).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong Excel skills and a sharp digital mindset.
- A structured, analytical approach to work—comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
- Proactive communication skills and a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A team player attitude with a passion for learning and making processes better.
