 About the Position

Step into the fast-paced world of international logistics where no two days are the same. In this role, you’ll manage your own customer portfolio, acting as the link between production, logistics, and delivery. From organizing global transport to perfecting paperwork, you’ll be at the heart of the action—ensuring every order meets the highest standards.  Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, confirm, and process incoming customer orders

  • Arrange international transport across road, sea, and air

  • Handle export documentation, liaising with authorities (e.g., Customs, NVWA/COKZ)

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing according to incoterms

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your customers and logistics partners

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams like Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain

  • Drive process improvements in a constantly evolving environment

  • Represent the voice of the customer in daily operations

 What You Bring

  • MBO+ / HBO education level

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service in a dynamic, international setting

  • Comfort with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • A structured and precise working style

  • A calm, confident presence in the face of changing priorities

  • Team spirit and a proactive, customer-first mindset
