Role Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Facility Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a modern office facility in Rijswijk. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient working environment by managing vendors, coordinating office space, and supporting on-site events and activities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security services
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues and service requests
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support workplace safety compliance and assist with emergency planning and inspections
- Help plan and organize office events and ensure smooth logistical execution

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facility management or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and basic vendor management
