Role Description

Our client is looking for a Commercial Assistant to support their Route to Market operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their commercial skills and grow within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, especially in the vibrant foodservice space.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day partner engagement

• Coordinate promotional planning and track campaign results

• Assist in launching new products and managing product data

• Analyze sales trends and prepare actionable insights

• Maintain close relationships with wholesale partners (e.g., Sligro, Bidfood)

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams

• Help optimize customer journey through accurate process execution

• Ensure alignment across internal teams for route-to-market initiatives

 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field

• Previous experience or internship in a commercial or FMCG environment

• Knowledge of sales, category management, or foodservice operations

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
