Role Description

Our client is looking for a proactive Facility Coordinator to oversee daily operations at their Rijswijk office. This person will ensure the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and sustainably, while supporting employee comfort and coordinating with external vendors.

 Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security

• Manage third-party vendors and ensure service quality and compliance

• Coordinate space planning and optimize office layouts

• Conduct safety checks and ensure health & safety regulation compliance

• Support internal events and coordinate logistics

• Act as first point of contact for all facility-related concerns

• Implement sustainability efforts within the facility

• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain an efficient, productive work environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities coordination or management

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Working knowledge of safety regulations and facility best practices

• Experience coordinating with external contractors or vendors

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
