Role Overview   
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating accurate volume forecasts (both base and promotional) for the Benelux region over an 18-month horizon, with a primary focus on the 2–6-month range. Your forecasts will directly support production planning and inform key business decisions. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you'll transform data and market insights into actionable plans, driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and smarter business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and own the rolling volume forecast used across Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing.
- Act as the demand forecast driver in the S&OP process.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize forecasts and support new launches.
- Lead and support process automation and data-driven projects.
- Build scripts, improve forecast models, and create dashboards using tools like PowerBI or Google Data Studio.
- Continuously identify and implement simplification and efficiency opportunities.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and tech affinity.
- Experience or interest in Supply Chain, Sales, or FMCG is a plus.
- Familiar with scripting, data tools, and visualization platforms.
- Creative, data-driven, proactive, and business-savvy mindset.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
