Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Allround Monteur (Maintenance Technician) with a strong affinity for electrotechnics. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex production equipment in a dynamic factory environment, ensuring safety and uptime for critical installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize production downtime
- Work with advanced PLC systems, frequency controllers, and measurement instruments
- Follow safety protocols including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
- Participate in improvement projects to enhance factory reliability and performance
- Maintain accurate administrative records in SAP
- Be available for on-call duties and respond promptly to urgent breakdowns
- Completed technical education, preferably in electro or mechatronics
- Experience in a complex industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Living within reasonable commuting distance to ensure quick response times
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
