Role Description
Our client is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join their Quality Control team. You will perform a variety of biological tests to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance within a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform biological QC tests such as ELISA, PCR, tissue culture, and titrations
- Enter and analyze test data in electronic systems
- Participate in daily team meetings and report any deviations
- Support continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Assist with root cause analysis and SOP documentation
- MBO level 4 qualification in (micro)biological laboratory sciences
- Experience in GMP or QC laboratory settings preferred
- Strong team player with a proactive, quality-driven approach
- Good planning and communication skills in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Lean tools, SAP, or electronic lab systems is a plus
