Role description
As a Recruitment Strategist, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing temporary specialists within the life sciences sector. You’ll work on a variety of roles: from engineers and lab technicians to customer service and supply chain professionals, helping top talent find their next challenge.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and guide candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong personal network of professionals
- Review CVs, conduct interviews, and negotiate employment conditions
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Work independently while being part of a supportive, results-driven team
- Take initiative, think along with the team, and act proactively
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Living within a 30 min commute from Haarlem Central Station
- Commercial mindset, socially skilled, and results-oriented
