Functieomschrijving
Als Recruitment Strategist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven van tijdelijke specialisten binnen de life sciences-sector. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vacatures, van engineer tot laborant en van klantenservicemedewerker tot supply chain professional.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Jij zoekt, spreekt en begeleidt kandidaten door het hele recruitmentproces
Je bouwt actief aan je eigen netwerk van specialisten
Je beoordeelt cv’s, voert gesprekken en onderhandelt over arbeidsvoorwaarden
Je bereidt kandidaten voor op interviews bij de klant
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat samen resultaten behaalt
Je denkt mee, onderneemt actie en krijgt alle ruimte om initiatief te tonen
Vereisten
Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in recruitment, sales of een vergelijkbare rol
Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Engels
Je woont op maximaal een uur reizen van station Haarlem
Je bent commercieel ingesteld, sociaal en gericht op resultaat
Interesse in de farmaceutische, food- of FMCG-sector is een pré
