Role Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle a variety of technical tasks, focusing on both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Your role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. You will also monitor procedures and suggest improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
-Maintains warehouse or production equipment in a good working state.
-Troubleshoots problems and performs repairs as needed.
-Regularly inspects equipment and executes preventative maintenance plans.
-Coordinates site planning and installation activities.
-Works with moderate work direction; can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
-Conducting and overseeing preventive, corrective (troubleshooting), and inspection maintenance on production equipment across all departments of the business unit.
-Providing recommendations to the Maintenance Support Engineer on maintenance strategies and implementing upgrades and replacements.
-Assisting with technical projects.
-Complying with GMP and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) regulations while performing tasks, including maintaining logs and records in the maintenance management system.
-You will follow a four-days work schedule
Requirements
-MBO4 or Bachelor's degree in a relevant study
-Relevant years of experience in a production/manufacturing setting
-Knowledge of NEN 3140, electrical switching and VP
-Experience working with industrial equipment is a plus
-Knowledge of GMP
-Fluency in English and Dutch required
