About the Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll help shape business planning by delivering accurate volume forecasts that support production and supply chain decisions. Working across teams like Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you’ll turn data and market insights into actionable plans—driving continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate 18-month volume forecasts (base & promo), focusing on the critical 2–6 month horizon.
- Lead the forecasting process within S&OP, aligning inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Category teams.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure forecast accuracy and successful product launches.
- Analyze forecast data for patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives; build scripts or tools to improve workflows.
- Visualize insights using Power BI or Google Data Studio.

Requirements
- MBO/HBO degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Economics).
- Affinity for data, analytics, and technology is essential.
- Basic experience in supply chain, sales, or a forecasting-related role is preferred.
- Comfortable working with databases, scripting languages (e.g. Python, R), or tools like SQL.
- Knowledge of visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced commercial environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
