Role description
As a Supply Network Planner within the Cream portfolio, you’ll play a key role in balancing service, cost, and inventory by overseeing the tactical and operational planning process. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the supply and demand chain to align production capacity with commercial needs and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily and tactical planning activities within the Cream product portfolio
• Ensure alignment between supply and demand by collaborating with planning teams
• Support the S&OP cycle for Cream, including capacity reviews and input for budgeting
• Deliver data for RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) to support long-term planning
• Drive or contribute to improvement projects across the supply planning domain
• Maintain effective communication with both supply chain and commercial stakeholders

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply, Demand, or Material Planning
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, RCCP, and MRP processes
• Proficiency with SAP APO (mandatory)
• Understanding of the full dairy chain is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Skilled communicator with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage change and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Willingness to travel to the Lummen factory (2 days every 2 weeks)
