About the Role
As a Vaccine Production Operator, you will play a key role in the production of veterinary vaccines in a cleanroom and GMP-regulated environment. Working with biological materials and advanced equipment, you’ll be responsible for executing production steps accurately, safely, and according to strict quality standards. This hands-on role requires precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Execute bioprocessing tasks, including cell infection, harvesting, formulation, and ampoule filling.
- Operate filling lines, freeze and store vaccine materials under GMP conditions
- Follow GMP guidelines and SOPs to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Accurately document all procedures and results using standardized templates and logbooks.
-Support cleanroom preparation, equipment cleaning, and area setup
- Proactively identify and report equipment issues or deviations from standard processes.
- Perform physical, repetitive tasks such as pouring roll bottles and moving sterile materials


Requirements:
- MBO level 3 or 4 diploma, or a relevant HBO degree in biotechnology, life sciences, or related field
- Experience in a GMP production setting (pharma, food, or feed)
- Proficient in Dutch
- Comfortable working in cleanrooms, wearing protective suits, and performing repetitive and physically active tasks (e.g. lifting, standing, moving materials).
